1. General Policy
Returns and refunds are subject to product type, condition, manufacturer requirements and the commercial terms agreed at the time of sale.
2. Return Eligibility
A return request may be considered where the product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned with all labels, accessories and supporting documents.
3. Incorrect or Damaged Products
If an incorrect product is supplied by BCOOL or a shipment arrives with visible damage, customers should contact us as soon as possible and provide the order details, product information and supporting photographs where applicable.
4. Non-Returnable Products
Special-order items, customized products, opened electrical components, installed products, used products and goods ordered specifically for a customer may not be eligible for return unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Technical Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming model numbers, refrigerant type, voltage, phase, capacity and technical compatibility before placing an order. Products ordered incorrectly by the customer may not be eligible for return.
6. Refunds
Where a refund is approved, the amount and method of refund will depend on the original payment method, product condition and any applicable freight, handling or restocking charges.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping, freight, customs, clearance and other logistics costs are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error confirmed by BCOOL.
